Mature honey tastes great!

My Father is busy taking fresh and rich acacia honey from his bee hives.
019 Acacia' s white flowers are in full bloom, and the bees are busy looking for honey.
2-3 hundred thousand worker bees from hives keep on collecting honey without a moment's rest from dawn to sundown.
Father says honeybees are hard workers and there's not a single lazy bee.
073 The vigour of the flower is really good in this season so the bees can revisit for honey after 7days.
When you think of it, it's a little cruel taking away all the honey the bees worked hard to collect.
The bees in this busiest season live only for about a month.
077 Since monday I've been getting up at 5 a.m. to help with the honey.
Today we've collected about 63 litres honey from 13 bee hives.
At 85 years old, my father is still full of vitality and expertly finshes his work before noon.
029 He's workng with ethusism as this year has been far better for honey than last year.
This year's honey tastes rich and mellow and its the best!
Soon we'll be able to serve ripe freshly collected honey with yoghurt...

Historic brewery of Shinshu Matsumto

There're many historic sake cellars in matsumoto where cool, clean underground water flows from the Japanese Alps.
I visited one of them, "Kametaya brewery" near Matsumoto IC, which was founded in 1869.
002 Kametaya brewery, with it's tradition of "not wasting a grain of rice" and of "brewing with great care", has won many awards for it's superior sake.
The brewery is close to The Japan Ukiyoe Museum and you can have a nice day out visiting both..
(For more infomation, Please visit Matsumto english guide website "Matsumoto welcomes you")
